Approximately one person is diagnosed with Parkinson's disease every six minutes. Currently there is no cure for this disease but research corroborates that intense exercise can slow down the progression of Parkinson's. Rock Steady Boxing is one such program. Come learn more about this exciting program that has been helping people with Parkinson's in the Sioux Empire region since 2017.
