The year 1968 was marked by intense cultural, political, and racial upheaval, making it the most turbulent year of the 1960s. This course will explore key events from that year, including the assassinations of Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy. It will also examine the Presidential election and the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, as well as the cultural and musical movements that shaped this pivotal year.
