Course Description: This professional development course is aligned with the 2026 TIE Conference theme "Back to the Future," celebrating the 40th anniversary of the TIE Conference. Participants will engage with educational technology integration, innovative teaching practices, and current trends in K-12 education through conference attendance and extended learning activities. The course provides opportunities to learn from industry experts, explore cutting-edge educational resources, and develop practical implementation strategies for the classroom.
Conference sessions are organized across four themed learning tracks: Great Scott! Instructional Breakthroughs; Back to Basics, Forward to Success; Hoverboards & High-Impact Tools; and The Power of Collective Leadership: 1.21 Gigawatts of Efficacy. Instructional Mode: Blended (In-person conference attendance + additional coursework)
