Description: The South Dakota Dental Hygienists' Association and the University of South Dakota are excited to co-host the 2026 Dakota Days Continuing Education Event. Join fellow dental professionals for a premier continuing education event and a day of networking, learning, and celebration during the university's biggest week of the year! Sessions will be offered on a range of timely topics including myofunctional therapy, periodontal updates, including use of the Perioscope, local anesthesia updates, and screening for oral cancer.

The South Dakota Dental Hygienists' Association gratefully acknowledges Delta Dental for their generous grant support. Their funding helps offset continuing education costs, allowing SDDHA to provide accessible, high quality learning opportunities for dental hygienists across South Dakota.

Refund Policy:
Lectures and Webinars: A full refund will be given if you cancel at least one week (five working days) before the program. If you cancel less than one week prior to the program, a $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Participation/Certification Programs: A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least one month (30 total days) before the first program session. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the program, a late-cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from your refund.

Home Study/On-Demand Courses: There are no refunds for home study or online courses once you have registered. Please review the course details before making the non-refundable registration payment.
