Description: BADM 101 - This course is an introduction to the basic business disciplines and the organization and management of the American enterprise system. It also introduces students to the necessary college level skills of critical thinking, effective communication, and cooperative and effective learning. An introduction to the world of business both small and large. Business organization, management, the market, and businesspeople making decisions will be introduced using the relevant business disciplines and participating in a real business venture. Students will learn or enhance their relevant study and thinking skills and work ethic as they prepare for a successful experience within a first-year experience college course environment.
