Course Description: This course is designed to immerse learners in the art of oral expression while gaining an understanding of the Spanish-speaking world. Through a combination of structured activities and interactive discussions, participants will develop fluency in academic vocabulary and refine their public speaking and discussion in a variety of verbal expression occasions. Throughout the course, students will engage in reading, writing, and verbal exchanges on a diverse range of topics relevant to Spanish-speaking cultures. Additionally, learners will have the unique opportunity to collaborate online with native Spanish speakers from various Spanish-speaking countries and members of the local Spanish-speaking community. By the end of the course, participants will not only enhance their linguistic proficiency but also gain a deeper appreciation and comprehension of the rich diversity and complexity of the Spanish-speaking world.
