Refund Policy
Lectures and Webinars
A full refund will be given if you cancel at least one week (5 business days) before the program. If you cancel less than one week prior to the program, a $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Participation/ Certification Programs
A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least one month (30 total days) before the first program session. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the program, a late-cancelation fee of $100 will be deducted from your refund.
Home Study/ On-Demand Courses
There are no refunds for home study or online courses once you have aregistered. Please review the course details before making the non- refundable registration payment.
*Please note: this course may be canceled due to an inadequate number of registrants. A full refund will be given if the Department of Dental Hygiene cancels a course for any reason
