Course Description: The purpose of the course is to provide teachers of students with visual impairments, service providers, and support staff in learning research-based strategies to design instruction for increased student outcomes for learners with severe and multiple disabilities, including deafblindness. Participants will explore assessment, lesson planning, and data collection tools to target instruction and align to academic content for these learners with complex needs more effectively.
