Course Description: The purpose of this course is to provide educators the opportunity to be trained as instructors in Project Learning Tree, Aquatic WET, Project WILD as well as a cooperative curriculum On Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS). The course will consist of two full days of in class instruction and activities that will show you how to navigate and use the materials from each program. This is a hands-on workshop where activities will be displayed, and full participation is expected. Activities and background information covered in the class will be orientated to assist educators in bringing the classroom outdoors and the outdoors into the classroom. Participants will be expected to create one lesson or activity using the course material provided on their own time in between the first and second day.
